The main event, Thanksgiving Dinner, (or lunch rather) was spent at Chuck-A-Rama in St. George. This is a recent Rock family tradition which we decided to carry on this year. Grandpa Rock and Uncle Gary went down early and happened to be second in line (with some help from Jennilyn's brother). They were able to save two big tables for everyone and get us in the door and past the hour long line once we all got there. Thanks Grandpa and Gary!
After dinner we all ended up in New Harmony for some naps, relaxing, and games. We had an exciting, a challenging, wild game of Sequence! With three boards and six people at each board, it was one crazy and fun tournament.
Once we were digested and hungry again we headed to Aunt Micki's for dessert and a rousing game of The Price is Right!! With our host Drew "Jarad" and a pile of white elephant gifts we bid, spun, and priced all night long. Valory was the big winner, with at least 8 gifts and a wad of bills from Grandpa. All in all it was a great day!
Here's some pictures of my beautiful pies!!
This one decided to bubble over in the oven so it's a little oozy...
...and the apple one...
...and finally the Pumpkin pie. Unfortunately I wasn't able to take a picture before everyone starting eating it.
Yum Yum!!
