Hello due date. How I have long anticipated your arrival and secretly hoped I wouldn't have to meet you. But, baby Owen is stubborn and comfortable and has not yet come, so here I sit with you and no baby to hold. We still have 13 hours left together, so maybe you won't disappoint me after all. Don't get me wrong, I am ever so grateful for a full-term healthy baby, but I sure would like to meet him soon.
Please don't let me down!
